Shipping policy

 

Thank you for visiting Boheme Westwood. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Boheme Westwood ships throughout the Continental U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska. Our primary service is USPS (the United States Parcel Service). Shipment days are held on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Please allow between 3-5 business days, for processing and shipping your orders. Any orders made on Thursday - Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. This reduces the chances of packages being held up at processing centers and even up delivery trucks overnight or over the weekend. Packages being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska (or surrounding areas) may potentially take longer due to due to results of the pandemic. As a side note, packages will not be delivered on Sundays or any federal holidays or else otherwise confirmed. Shipping rates are not determined by Boheme Westwood LLC or by any of our representatives. Rates are determined by the total weight of your package and the location (zip code) your package will be delivered.

Your package will be examined or packaged by one of our representatives, in-house. Once your package has been processed and has left our studio, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We urge you to confirm your mailing address before you confirm your order. There will be occasions when your package runs late or may not be delivered on the date marked, due to the high volume holidays, natural disasters, or other occurrences listed on the shipping carries website. If your package hasn't reached you or says "Delivered" and you haven't received your package, please allow an additional day for your package to appear. If you still haven't received your shipment, please contact USPS to file a claim. Boheme Westwood is not responsible for late or missing packages, once it has left our studio. Once you have confirmed your order, you will be given an email, with your tracking number, that will help locate your order.

Again, theme Westwood is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by USPS or any other shipping carriers.  Days where your package may experience a delay on arrival are as followed:  high-volume holidays like New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and/or Christmas Day.
