In spirituality, its purpose serves as a beneficial aid to drawing in positive energy and harmony. When lit, it releases a sweet aroma. When ready, light stick at the flowered tip. Allow this end to catch a light flame and then fan out flames until the end produces a light to medium flow of smoke. Once you're ready to distinguish, spritz lit end with water or smother in a glass, ceramic, or non-flammable container.
